• Extra Charges: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is included.
• Children and extra beds: Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 42 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

We offer a convenient arrival with our TraumArena Shuttle from Munich and Vienna. Price on request, bookable for Friday and Sunday arrivals, reservations required. Pick-up possible from the train stations of Linz, Haslach a.d.Mühl, Passau and Bad Leonfelden. Price on request. Pick-up possible from Linz Airport. Price on request.
