The 4-star apartment house A Casa is located in the south-facing village of Kaisers, only about 1.5 km from Sölden in Tyrol's Ötz Valley.

Our comfortable apartments enjoy a quiet and sunny location, with an enchanting view of Sölden. The house is the ideal starting point for hiking and biking tours, glacier skiing in autumn and sun skiing in winter.

The house provides an idyllic retreat from the hustle and bustle of the main street of Sölden, but is within easy walking distance of the shops, bars and restaurants. A regular bus service (every 10 minutes in winter and every half hour in summer) will take you to the two ski lifts in the centre of Sölden, or further afield to visit some of the other villages nearby.

The A Casa is a special house for guests who appreciate tasteful architecture and excellent service. Here you will find an ambience that lovingly combines traditional Austrian living with modern design.

In our spa oasis you will find calmness and relaxation after a wonderful day. There is a sauna for 6 to 8 people with aroma therapy, a "Zuber" bathtub, an infrared cabin for 4 to 6 people, a regenerating shower, relaxing couches and a spring with fresh Tyrolean mountain water.
