• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children from 4 to 11 years are charged EUR 15.50 per night and person for extra beds. All children from 11 to 16 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 120 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 33 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Should you not have any of these cards at check-in, then a membership fee of EUR 1.50 (1x Smile Stamp) per person and night will apply. You become a full member of the Jugend- & Familiengästehäuser if you have 10 Smile Stamps on your Smile Card. Our membership card is valid for 2 years.
