If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.

All check-in procedures (including key collection) take place at the neighbouring Hotel Eden (located at Thürachstrasse 1). Please note that there is a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 25 for stays of less than 7 nights. Breakfast can also be booked at the Hotel Eden for an additional surcharge. Towels are changed once a week.
