• Extra Charges: VAT is not applicable. 10 % service charge per room per night is not included. 6.00 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged AED 350.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Guests should be advised that the room rates on both 25th December 2009 and 31st December 2009 are inclusive of the compulsory Christmas and New Year Gala Dinners. Any extra adults or children sharing the accommodation will also be charged for these special dinners, supplements (of AED 765.60 per person for Christmas Dinner, and AED 870 per person for the New Year Dinner) to be paid directly to the hotel. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling.
