• Deposit: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. Up to three children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 4 years is charged USD 15.00 per night in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3-7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
