• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs CAD 25.00 per day. Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable.
• Extra Charges: 15 % Tax is not included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All further older children or adults are charged CAD 30.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

It is open Monday through Friday between 7:00 and 9:00 as well as 16:00 and 18:00 and on weekends between 8:00 and 10:00. Please Note: For any room type where breakfast is included, it is only included for a maximum of 2 people, each additional person will incur an additional charge.
