Summer cancellation policy: There is no charge if the reservation is canceled up to 7 days prior to arrival. Guests who cancel after 7 days or in the event of no show will be charged the first night plus taxes. Winter cancellation policy: There is no charge if the reservation is canceled up to 30 days prior to arrival or 45 days prior at Christmas and New Years. Guests who cancel after 30/45 days or in the event of no show will be charged the full price of the reservation plus taxes.
