This exclusive residence in the heart of Rome enjoys spectacular views over the Spanish Steps and Piazza di Spagna.

From the hotel you can easily visit all the famous monuments on foot, including the most elegant streets of Via Condotti, Via Sistina, Via Borgognona and Via Frattina, to see Bulgari, Gucci, Prada, Armani, Versace, Cartier and Valentino boutiques. And, if you want to go further afield, you can easily use the metro, found nearby.

Set on the 1st floor of the Pierret building in Piazza di Spagna, the hotel comprises of prestigious double, triple and quadruple deluxe suites; a great choice of elegant, impeccably appointed luxury suites, sleeping from one to 4 people.

Double rooms are approximately 25 m², bathroom included.
Triple rooms are slightly larger at 30 m², bathroom included.
Suites, for 4 people, are 50 m² and have 2 separate double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of the bathrooms also has a shower). Suites also enjoy a view over the Spanish Square from the balcony.

The rooms are fully equipped with antique furniture and all modern amenities.

In all rooms the beds can be either twin beds or double beds (queen-size).

Deluxe Double Room

The size of our double bedrooms is roughly 25 m² (including the bathroom). In addition to the listed amenities the rooms are fully-equipped with antique furniture and LCD TV. In all the rooms, the beds can be either twin beds or double beds (queen-size).

This suite has a view over the Piazza di Spagna (square), and there is a balcony looking over the square in one of the 2 rooms. The rooms are fully equipped with antique furniture, LCD TV. The Relais is close to: Piazza del Popolo; Via del Corso; the Trevi Fountain; the Pantheon; Piazza Venezia; the Capitol; the Roman Forum; the Colosseum; Villa Borghese; Villa Medici; and Via Veneto. Only a few minutes away you will also reach the Pincio, the fantastic terrace at the top of the Borghese Gardens, from which you can look out over Rome.

The accommodation is close to a taxi rank and bus stops. You can also reach Trinità dei Monti and the Pincio (Borghese Gardens) by taking the lift inside the entrance to the underground, without having to walk up the Spanish Steps.
