This fascinating hotel, once a farmer's residence, has been lovingly refurbished and is surrounded by oak and walnut gardens, creating a peaceful oasis in the countryside around Alberobello.

In this characteristic resort you will find a little church belonging to the same residence, as well as a swimming pool and tennis courts. The swimming pool and lounge bar areas are for the exclusive use of guests, guaranteeing you maximum privacy as you sunbathe, swim or sip on cocktails in this relaxing but refined resort.

At Abate Masseria's restaurant, Il Briale, you can choose from a wide range of excellent recipes, all made from high quality local products. An extensive wine list is also available. In summer both lunch and dinner can be served outside, in elegant gazebos laid out below the olive trees.

• Deposit: No deposit will be charged.
• Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

• Extra Charges: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 4 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
