Reported in the guides Osterie d'italia" and "Gambero rosso" amongst others, the restaurant Sa Mola offers old and delicious ancient dishes, including sa suppa cotta (stale bread with fresh pecorino cheese and wild fennel), partridge salad, carpaccio of wild boar, the fregola with wild asparagus, maccarrones de busa with wild boar sauce, filet Cannonau, or roast antunna (wild mushrooms). Needless to mention the Sardinian dish for excellence: the roasted porcetto, sa seada de casitzolu, all accompanied with oil of our production with an aftertaste of artichoke and warm homemade bread, in addition to a wide range of almond cakes, to be eaten drinking wines of this ancient land of unique sun, wind, and perfumes.
