The Royal Park Hotel is small country hotel with an exclusive ambience and a touch of nostalgia in the traditional village of Kandersteg in the Bernese Oberland.

Surrounded by our 10,000 m² hotel park with its old trees and well-groomed lawn, you will find our "Private Beauty and Health Resort & Spa". It features a new, 110 m² natural swimming pool cleaned by plants and gravel, without chlorine, as well as an indoor pool (120 m², 30°C) and everything else you need for your health. Here you enjoy tranquility and wonderful, unobstructed views of snow-white glaciers, stretching up to 3,600 metres above sea level in the "Jungfrau-Aletsch-Bietschhorn" UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The "Rôtisserie", our classic restaurant, offers elegant dining in a festive ambience. Traditional French cuisine, adapted to modern demands, is served in the classical "service à l'anglaise" (plates are arranged at the guest's table). Evenings with candlelight and accompanied by our own pianist take place 2 or 3 times a week. The restaurant fatures a big open fire place with grill and spit. The Restaurant Français offers à la carte specialities in a very private atmosphere. The "Taverna Rustica" is a typical restaurant for informal evenings and serves Swiss specialities and small dishes.
