The Hotel Icaro is a modern mountain hotel set in the spectacular greenery of the Alps which offers warm hospitality and a unique environment guaranteeing a relaxing break.

You can enjoy a typical South Tyrolean meal at the hotel's restaurant or out on the wonderful terrace as well as tasty home-made Italian pastries.

The Hotel Icaro is ideally located in the heart of the Schlern wildlife park and is the perfect base to explore the surrounding area. There are numerous activities on offer including hiking, bike riding, paragliding and Nordic Walking. During winter you are close to the Seiseralm winter sports area with 60km of slopes and perfect conditions for skiing, snowboarding or snowshoeing.

• Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and charges are applicable.
• Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. Up to two children under 2 years are charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person for cots. One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. Up to two children from 2 to 5 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Up to two children from 6 to 11 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Up to two older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
• Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Hotel Icaro - Important Information

The hotel is located in the Schlern wildlife park. According to Italian law the use of cars in the wildlife park is regulated as follows: Arrival and departure: no restrictions. During your stay at Hotel Icaro: before 10:00 and after 17:00 it is forbidden to drive around (you will be subject to a fine of EUR 105.00) Parking is allowed only in the hotel parking area or on car park number 2 at Compatsch (at an additional cost).
