• Deposit: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
• Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 9.00 per day.
• Extra Charges: 5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.09 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One child under 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
