• Deposit: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
• Internet: No internet access available.

• Extra Charges: VAT is not applicable. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 24 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 13 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

By car: - Coming from Port Elizabeth, follow the N2 in the direction of Grahamstown. - After 48 km (at Nanaga) change onto the R72, direction of Port Alfred. - Continue for 12 km, you will see the sign to cottages on your left-hand side. - Coming from East London/Port Alfred, take the R72 until Alexandria. - Continue another 37 km, you will see the sign to cottages on your right-hand side. - Coming from Bloemfontein, follow the N10 through Cradock. - From Paterson Drive, continue for about 20 km, then take the R72 (Port Alfred) turn-off. - Continue another 12 km, until you see the sign to cottages on your left-hand side.
