• Deposit: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs USD 10.00 per 24 hours.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 12 % Tax is not included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. One child under 11 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. -The hotel will hold a Condo Hotel Rental reservation without a deposit for 72 hours. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. -The total Condo Hotel rental price will be forfeited for any cancellations received after the 30th day prior to the beginning to the rental period.The Hotel will make every attempt to rent the unit if you must cancel between the 59th day and your arrival date. If the Hotel is successful they will refund 50 percent of the hotel rental price and apply it towards a credit for another hotel rental period.
