Enjoy sunbathing on the hotel's terraces, where free sun chairs, parasols and towels are available. Sun beds are free of charge. Cool off in the outdoor swimming pool and relax in the large park with belvedere terraces, where dancing parties and gala buffets occasionally take place.

During summer the main panoramic terrace becomes the setting of unforgettable evenings, to spend sipping a drink at the sound of the piano. Completely rebuilt in 1984, the Grand Hotel Royal features a classic design.

The lounges feature comfortable sofas, antique chairs and carpets. Finely carved wood furniture, marbled staircases, spectacular crystal chandeliers, and deluxe décors, decorate the entire premises.

All rooms were completely refurbished in 2003. The interiors feature a true and refined elegance. The choice of colours and furniture is the result of an attentive and detailed restyling.

Grand Hotel Royal offers a complete gastronomic experience in its several restaurants and bars, offering authentic regional cuisine, international dishes and prestigious wines.

Restaurant Le Relais is a spacious and elegant setting, where you can delight on regional and national cuisine and enjoy prestigious wines.

Simple and elegant, the Caprice Lounge Bar, features glass-topped tables and wicker chairs, and a spectacular hand-painted floor. Here you can enjoy a warm afternoon tea or a fresh lemon liqueur as after dinner.

Restaurant and snack bar La Terrasse and snack bar La Marine provide light lunches.

By Train: The central station of Naples is connected to Sorrento by the local train line Circumvesuviana. The terminal station is located right in the centre of Sorrento just few minutes walking to the Grand Hotel Royal. The journey lasts about 1 hour. By Hydrofoil: From the harbour of Naples Molo Beverello there are hydrofoils to Sorrento almost every hour. The port of Sorrento (Marina Piccola) is very close to the centre and to the Grand Hotel Royal. The journey takes about 40 minutes.
