• Deposit: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 5 % VAT is included. 10 % service charge per room per night is included. BRL 1.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
• Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
