From the Hotel to La Defense there are 3 direct buses - 161 - 262 and 378. The buses depart every 10 to 15 minutes and take about 12 minutes to reach Paris. If you plan to visit downtown Paris including the Champs Elysées, major shopping districts and the world-famous museums, you can take a 7 minute walk to the train station near the hotel. It is a 20 minute direct train ride to Gare Saint Lazare in the heart of Paris.
