• Deposit: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.
• Extra Charges: 14 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

By car: - Arriving at Cape Town International Airport, follow the N2 into Cape Town. - Follow the N2 for about 18km, then take the M6 to the Waterfront and C.T.I.C.C. - Go straight ahead at the first set of traffic lights; C.T.I.C.C will be on your l left and V&A Waterfront signposted to the right. - You are now on Buitengracht Street. - Continue straight ahead at the second set of traffic lights; Seapoint signposted to the right. - Get into the right-hand lane and turn right onto Somerset Road at the third set of traffic lights. - Continue straight ahead, passing a BP garage on your right. - Take the next left onto Napier Street; a church should be on the corner. - Follow Napier Street for about 100 metres. - The Village Lodge is on the left-hand side.
