• Deposit: No deposit will be charged.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: VAT is not applicable. 10 % service charge per stay is not included. 10 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One older child or adult is charged AED 240.00 per night and person in an extra bed. One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Groups: No special conditions apply for groups.

Kindly note that due to the development work currently going on at the Dubai Marina, which is located near the hotel, there may be some noise disturbance around the hotel. Guests should be advised that the room rate on the 31st December 2009 is inclusive of the compulsory New Year Gala Dinner. Any extra adults or children sharing the accommodation will also be charged for this special dinner, a supplement of AED 1900 per person must be paid directly to the hotel. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling.
