• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Please note that the reception is only open between 08:00 and 12:00 and between 13:00 and 22:00. If you arrive later, please contact the hotel up to one day in advance to accommodate for the late arrival. Payment has to be made in cash or by credit card on departure at the latest. Please note that no bills will be sent.
