The Holiday Inn Resort consists of the Beach Wing and the Ferringhi Tower with the Beach Wing located right in front of the beach and the Ferringhi Tower located across the road and is linked by a covered walkway. The Resort offers 358 refurbished guestrooms with 161 rooms at the Beach Wing and 197 rooms at the Ferringhi Tower.

The only Resort on the island with unique and dedicated "KIDSUITES" comes with a choice of Adventurous Jungle Escapade, Robinson Crusoe's Treasure Island or Out of Space theme. These dedicated "Kidsuites" are equipped with bunk beds or hollywood twins, TV, video and a Playstation.
