Looking out to sea from an excellent location on Blackpool's prestigious North Promenade, the Park House Hotel offers 103 en suite rooms, within walking distance of the town centre.

The hotel's great location means that all that Blackpool has to offer is within easy reach. This lively seaside town's major attractions are within walking distance, as are the shops, pubs and restaurants of the town centre.

Each of the rooms is comfortable and well maintained. All rooms have TVs, radios and tea/coffee making facilities. 2 passenger lifts service all floors.

Free parking is available for guests' use, with 3 large car parks surrounding the hotel.

There is entertainment each evening in the bar lounge or the elegantly decorated ballroom. The 25-metre-long sun lounge looks out over the Irish Sea and is a great spot to relax and admire the views.

Guests also have the use of the impressive leisure facilities of the Park House's sister hotel, which include an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a sauna, a steam room and a spa.

During the spring and summer period, guests can enjoy the heated outdoor pool and log cabin sauna at the Park House's sister hotel. The hotel also has a conservatory with a large sunbathing patio, complete with sun loungers and parasols.

The hotel offers a full all-year-round entertainment programme, with dancers and singers all waiting in the spotlight to entertain the whole family.

For the children, there is a games room with a pool table and many arcade-style video games.

There are 2 self-contained function suites.

The Chatsworth Suite is situated on the hotel's ground floor with good disabled access. Elegantly decorated with a large dance floor and a small stage area with a full lighting and PA system, the Chatsworth Suite is licensed for up to 250 people.

The Dorchester Suite is smaller and is situated on the lower ground floor, accessible by the hotel's 2 passenger lifts if neecesary. Tastefully decorated, the room has a small dance floor, a stage area with a full lighting and P.A system and private cloakrooms. The Dorchester Suite is fully air conditioned and is licensed for up to 150 people.
