The beach club at the Real Playa del Carmen Hotel is situated within a cove for a beautiful, safe area for swimming, snorkeling or kayaking. Guests will appreciate the free beach shuttle that departs every 30 minutes. After a day at the beach, guests can relax beside the freshwater pool, where the wait staff will be happy to serve a refreshing drink.

Daily activities for all ages, including games and contests are arranged by the Playa del Carmen Real Hotel's sports and entertainment staff. Guests can play a game of beach soccer or attend an aqua-aerobics class. In the afternoon, guests can explore the seaside village of Playa del Carmen on one of the hotel's bicycles.

The hotel's all-inclusive plan features all meals, domestic and select international beverages and room service. Bicycle rentals, daily social activities, aerobics programs, nightly entertainment and shows as well as gratuities and hotel taxes are also included in the plan.

• Deposit: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
• Internet: No internet access available.

• Extra Charges: 15 % Tax is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. Up to two children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One child from 6 to 12 years is charged 40 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. One child from 13 to 17 years is charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. One older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
