Guests should indicate their anticipated time of arrival when booking, in order to arrange the delivery of keys for the apartments. Guests arriving after 22:00 incur an additional fee of EUR 30. Guests must contact a member of staff should they expect to arrive more than 30 minutes late. Check-in time is after 15:00. Guests arriving before this time can leave their luggage and return later. Departure time is before 12:00. If guests leave after this time, they must leave the keys on the table, turn off all electrical appliances and securely close the door. A cash deposit must be paid upon arrival of EUR 200. This will be returned upon the condition of the apartment being left in a suitable condition and checked by a member of staff. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The cleaning service carries an extra charge. American Express is not accepted as a method of payment.
