• Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs ZAR 75.00 per day. Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.
• Extra Charges: 14 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged ZAR 49.00 per night and person in a baby cot. One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 12 years is charged ZAR 249.00 per night and person in an extra bed. All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

By car: - Arriving at Cape Town International Airport, follow the N2 in the direction of Cape Town. - Take the M3/Muizenberg turn-off. - Follow the M3 (later M4) into Muizenberg. - From there, follow the coastal road to Kalk Bay.
