Haus Tirol is a newly renovated and cosy bed and breakfast in a central location, only 450 metres from the village square of Kaprun.

The bank and the post office, as well as restaurants, bars, discos and fashion stores can be easily reached on foot. Both the free ski bus and the regular bus service stop directly next to the house. All hiking trails and mountain bike/bicycle paths start just around the corner. Ski slopes for beginners and children, as well as ski lifts are in the immediate vicinity.

• Deposit: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. A fixed amount of EUR 50 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

• Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
• Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.

• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 4 to 7 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night for extra beds. All children from 8 to 12 years are charged 90 % of the room stay per night for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
