• Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Check-in and check-out can only be arranged with the company who rents the apartments, ANIMOD GmbH, on weekdays from 9:00 until 18:00 and on weekends when arranged in advance. If you want to make contact outside of these times, they can be reached by telephone. The reception desk in the entrance hall is there to keep Europe's largest apartment block safe. If you have any questions to do with the apartment, the desk attendants will not be able to answer them. You must contact ANIMOD, who are at your disposal.
