• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs JOD 5.70 per hour.

• Extra Charges: VAT is not applicable. 10 % service charge per room per night is included. 8 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child from 6 to 12 years is charged JOD 14.20 per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged JOD 21.20 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Groups: No special conditions apply for groups.
• Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
