• Deposit: No deposit will be charged.
• Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs AUD 12.00 per hour.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs AUD 30.00 per day.
• Extra Charges: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged AUD 50.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

A copy of the reservation confirmation as well as photo identification is required on check-in. Guests are requested to present a credit card bond per night for incidentals on arrival. Any booking for 14 nights or longer are subject to different cancellation fees. One week's fee will be charged for a no-show or a cancellation made withiin 7 days of arrival.
