If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Bed linen, bathroom and kitchen and the final cleaning are compulsory and are not included in the apartment rates. Heating comes at an extra cost apart. Please let the hotel know your expected arrival time in advance. A compulsory Euro 150 damaged deposit will be refunded upon check-out.

By Train: The nearest Railway Stations are: Como San Giovanni Central Station and Como Lago Station. Buses for Ossuccio leave regularly. From Milan Malpensa Airport: During the day, every 30 minutes, there are trains connecting Milan Malpensa Airport (terminal 1) to Saronno, where you must change and catch another train to Como. Trains from Saronno to Como Lago station run approximately every 30 minutes. Then, from Como you will have to take bus C10 direction Menaggio/Colico (Blu Bus) and stop in Ossuccio. From Milan Linate Airport: From the departure floor of Linate Airport take a bus to Milan Central Railway Station, where you can catch a direct train to Como and then a bus to Ossuccio. From Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport: Reach Bergamo Railway Station with the ATB service. Take a train to Lecco and then to Varenna. In Varenna you can take a ferry to Lenno, only 1 km from Residence Letizia.
