• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One child from 3 to 13 years is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

The hotel does not accept American Express as a method of payment. Late check-out until 21:00 is possible for an additional fee and with prior arrangement the day before departure. The published rates for stays on the 31 December include a mandatory fee for the gala dinner held on this evening.
