• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 59 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

By car: - Coming from Cape Town, follow the N2 in the direction of George. - Drive in the direction of Wilderness. - As you approach Wilderness through the Kaaimans Pass, take the first turn to your left at the Caltex gas station. - Continue until you reach the stop sign. - Turn right and continue another 500 metres. - Waterside Lodge is on the left-hand side. - Coming from Port Elizabeth, follow the N2 in the direction of Wilderness. - After entering Wilderness, turn right at the Caltex gas station. - Continue until you reach the stop sign. - The Protea Hotel should be on your left-hand side. - Turn right at the stop sign and follow the road for another 500 metres. - The lodge is on the left-hand side.
