• Deposit: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.
• Internet: No internet access available.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 7.00 per day.
• Extra Charges: 7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per stay for cots. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
