• Deposit: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

• Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 13 % Tax is not included. Service charge is included. USD 1.00 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. Up to two children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All further older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
• Groups: No special conditions apply for groups.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
