• Deposit: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

By car: - Following the N2. drive in the direction of George. - Keep to your left as you enter Plettenberg Bay. - Take the first turn-off to your left and continue on Beacon Way, past the Market Square Shopping Centre on your right. - Cross the first set of traffic lights and continue halfway up the hill, until you reach Julia Drive (on your right-hand side). - Turn right onto Julia Drive and take the first turn to your left (onto Bowtie Drive). - Sandbanks is the 3rd house on your left.
