• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 16 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

A breakage deposit of EUR 150 per apartment is required at check-in. This will be returned at check-out once the condition of the room has been checked. The hotel will charge 25% of the total stay upon confirmation of the booking, the remainder must be paid at reception when checking in.
