Harrisons has undergone a major refurbishment programme and now offers attractive en suite rooms with modern comforts, including telephones, hairdryers, ironing facilities, tea/coffee and Freeview digital TVs. Several rooms have superb views of the river just across the road.

The bar and bistro offer delicious food, made with locally sourced, seasonal produce. In the warmer months, you can relax in the beautiful and peaceful walled garden, which is filled with flowers.

The comfortable public areas include an attractive bar and restaurant. Harrisons Hotel has a friendly atmosphere and the staff aim to make all guests feel completely at home.

The hotel's function facility is extensive, catering for business meetings or banqueting parties for up to 100 guests. There is a meeting room for 25 delegates and plentiful free car parking, approximately 50 yards on other side of the road from the hotel.

The boardroom and hospitality suites are available for meetings, conferences, dinners, parties and wedding receptions. The 4 conference rooms can seat up to 100 delegates and the experienced staff are experts in providing a trouble free and successful meeting. Audiovisual equipment can be provided on prior request.

The staff take great pride in their banqueting expertise and can provide a candlelit dinner for up to 80 people, and formal cocktail parties for up to 100. Wedding receptions are a speciality.
