• Deposit: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

You can only check in at the guest house if you tell them your estimated arrival time. You must do this at least 1 hour before arrival. If you cannot arrive before 21:00, you must contact the guest house at least 24 hours before arrival. If you do not do this, you will not be able to enter.
