The apartments do not have a reception. Guests must send an e-mail indicating their estimated time of arrival to Barcelona. This ensures that they will be met at the apartments upon arrival. The following mandatory cleaning fees are not included in the rates and are payable at check-in: Stays of 1-7 nights: EUR 50 Stays of 8-14 nights: EUR 70 Stays of 15-21 nights: EUR 90 For stays longer than 7 nights this cleaning service is provided weekly and includes a change of bed linen and towels. Guests requiring an extra cleaning service should contact the reception. Apartments include clean towels and bed linen, and these are not changed daily as part of the standard service. Guests may request changes of towels or linen for an additional charge.
