• Deposit: A fixed amount of CAD 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 13 % Tax is not included. Service charge is not applicable. CAD 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. Up to three children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All further children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. One older child or adult is charged CAD 25.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. All further older children or adults are charged CAD 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
• Groups: No special conditions apply for groups.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, a fixed amount of CAD 100.00 will be charged.
