• Deposit: A fixed amount of EUR 250 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

• Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person older than 15 years per night is not included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. All children from 4 to 6 years are charged EUR 26.00 per night and person for extra beds. All children from 7 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All children from 13 to 15 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 85 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
