• Deposit: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs CAD 10.00 per 24 hours. Wired internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 11.18 % Tax is not included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. Up to two children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Up to two children from 9 to 16 years are charged CAD 6.00 per night when using existing bedding. All further older children or adults are charged CAD 20.00 per night when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Groups: No special conditions apply for groups.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
