Hotel Degerby - Hotel Description

Finlandia Hotel Degerby is a comfortable hotel with 50 rooms in the centre of Loviisa, just a one hour drive from both Helsinki and the Russian border.

A delicious breakfast is served in the a la carte restaurant Styrboard, which also offers a popular lunch buffet on weekdays. In the afternoon and evening guests can order meals from the new á la carte menu, with Mediterranean influences and local dishes. In the hotel lobby is Cafe-Bar Babord, which serves coffee and cocktails.

Smaller groups can enjoy dinners and banquets in the unique "Degerby Gille", which is an Inn dating back to the 17th century. In summer, try the famous Smörgåsbord, with local archipelago delicacies.

Club Skan is the place for party people on weekend nights. Entertainment is provided by both DJ:s and live bands.

A sauna is available for all hotel guests.

• Deposit: No deposit will be charged.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 15.00 per 24 hours.
• Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
• Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 8 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 19.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Please note that check in for the quadruple room is between 12.00-16.00. For arrivals outside these times, please contact the hotel reception in advance. Please note, that the sauna is open daily for women 18:00-19:00 and for men 19:00-20:00. Families can request a private sauna time outside the official opening times at additional cost.
