Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Normal check-in time is Monday through Saturday 3 PM to 8 PM. Extended check-in is available between the hours of 8 PM and 11 PM and charges may be applicable. Extended check-in is required for Sunday and Holiday check-in. Guests arriving past midnight will have to check in at 9 AM the next day. Reservations totaling less than USD 700 will be charged the full amount of the reservation upon booking.
