• Deposit: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
• Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
• Parking: Free public parking is possible on site. Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 5.00 per day.
• Extra Charges: 19 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 2.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One child from 1 to 6 years is charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One child from 7 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
