• Deposit: A fixed amount of USD 50 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.
• Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
• Parking: Private parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.
• Extra Charges: 10.68 % Tax is not included. USD 15.00 service charge per room per night is not included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. Up to three children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Up to two further older children or adults are charged USD 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
• Groups: No special conditions apply for groups.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 50.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
