• Deposit: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 7 % VAT is included. 10 % service charge per room per night is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged THB 1000.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Room rates on 31st December include a compulsory gala dinner. Rates for Studio Seaview Villas include dinner for 2 adults only, while rates for On The Rock Seaview Villa and Beach Front Villa include dinner for 4 adults. Extra guests are charged separately.
