• Deposit: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 8.00 per hour.
• Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
• Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day.
• Extra Charges: 5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Up to two children from 3 to 5 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Up to two children from 5 to 10 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Up to two children from 10 to 12 years are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.

Please telephone the hotel in advance if you plan to arrive late. If you plan on arriving after 21:00 a cold meal can be prepared and left in your room. If you will be arriving after 23:00 you will have to telephone the hotel for instructions as to how you can access your room, as the hotel shuts at this time.
